Assembly Charge
The list price includes assembly.
Freight
Call for fees for below minimum.
Prepaid freight on orders $700 and above.
Plus fuel surcharge.
Returns
Returns must be accompanied by a written authorization obtained by calling Kunal Kitchens.
It is customer s responsibility to pay the freight for the return shipment.
Credit will be determined upon receipt and inspection of the products at the Kunal Kitchen facility.
A 25% fee will be charged for restocking all returned products with approved ORIGINAL package.
Credit is not issued on installed or modified cabinets.
Replacement, damaged or missing product
It is the customer’s responsibility to give complete information, inspect all shipments IMMEDIATELY upon receipt and record any damages on the bill of lading delivery paperwork.
Damaged or missing product must be noted on the FREIGHT BILL OF LADING at the time of delivery. All damages or replacement issues must be reported prior to installation. Once installed there will be nodamage replacement.
A claim for loss or damage should be filed immediately. Please submit a picture of the damage with replacement form fi lled out.
Claims filed out after 30 days from delivery will be declined.
All items that are installed cannot be claimed as damage.
Any credit due as the result of our approval of a claim will be processed as a separate transaction from the original invoice.
Do not make any adjustments to the original invoice, or hold payment pending the outcome of a claim without our written authorization.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to the order may be made for a full refund any time before assembly or shipment of cabinets. Cancellations or change after cabinets are assembled will be charged 25% restocking fee.
